Mix burgundy with water and pour it over your canvas.

Use your hand to spread the paint across the whole canvas to create a soft base. Let it dry.​

Use the edge of your palette knife and green to create a mix of flowing, natural strokes & thinner, sharper lines.

Mix green with a lighter paint, then add it to parts of your existing green marks. Leave some of the darker green visible to create depth.

Use a brush and a small amount of white to add a few final marks around the existing green ones. Keep it minimal.
